Birthday Parties

"Birthday parties can be booked during any of our Public Skating sessions. Please see the public skating schedule for times.

Party Package includes:

Admission and Skate rental for ten (10)
One Ice Cream Cake from Carvel
Party table for the entire session
Two (2) large Pizzas, your choice of cheese or pepperoni
Two (2) pitchers of soda
T-shirt for the birthday boy/girl
All paper products: party plates , cups, napkins, forks and table covering
All the set up and clean up

Package Costs

Party package: $185, non-refundable $50 deposit required at booking
Extra guests: $10 / guest
Additional pizza: $15 / pizza
Additional soda: $5 / pitcher

We offer the following group rates with includes skate rental:

Please note that no outside food or beverage is allowed at the
Pineville Ice House. This includes birthday cakes. If you would like to
have a birthday cake, you will need to schedule the birthday party package.

Corporate Functions

The Ice House is a great place to reward employees and their families. You can reserve a full party package or sign up for special group rates. Be sure to call ahead to reserve your group rate.

Fundraising Program

$3.50 will be donated back to your organization for every full price
admission of $10.00 (includes skate rental).

The Pineville Ice House will provide a personalized marketing flyer to promote the event. We will track your paid admissions for your fundraising session and send a check to your organization following the event. A $50.00 deposit is required to secure the date which ensures that no other fundraising group will be at the Ice House during your session.

Fundraisers are available in our off-peak season in March through October and are geared toward large non profit organizations like schools and churches.
